    Measure the current "Hub to guard" (HTG) with the car on level ground. A HTG is a measurement measuring from the centre of the wheel hub straight up to the lip of the guard.

    Static Height

    Measure the coils current "Static / loaded" height with the car on level ground.

    Altered Height

    Load or raise car until new required ride height (HTG) is achieved, measuring both the coil's new static / loaded height and the vehicles new “hub-to-guard” height.

    Full Droop

    Allow the suspension to achieve full droop (OSL - Open Shock Length) with the dampers / shocks still attached, measuring the full coil height (very top to very bottom) inside spring seats (captive height) and the “Hub-To-Guard” measurement.

    Remove coils and send to your closest distributor / outlet with a attention of the sales person you have sent this form too at King Springs. Please advise them if you require your samples back urgently or with the new springs once they are completed. Production time will be approximately 10-12 days once the sample is received by King Springs.
